Integra with Starwheel

The Integra is available in a high-throughput configuration featuring a 12 pocket automated starwheel. This advanced system is designed to efficiently feed and index assembled vials through the sealing station at a rate of up to 14 vials per minute, making it ideal for environments with increased production demands.

During operation, the starwheel automatically advances each vial into position for crimping, ensuring consistent and repeatable processing. The operator is responsible for hand-placing unsealed vials into the starwheel pockets and removing the sealed vials once the process is complete.
