Integra Single Vial Unit
The base model Integra is available as a single vial unit in which the operator places a single assembled vial package onto the Integra one at a time for crimping.

Description
The base model Integra is available as a single vial unit designed for precise, controlled crimping operations. In this configuration, the operator manually places a single assembled vial package onto the Integra's holding fixture one at a time for crimping. This manual loading approach provides maximum operator control and oversight during the sealing process, making it ideal for development work, small batch production, and applications where careful attention to each vial is required.
Despite its manual loading process, the Integra single vial unit maintains the same advanced crimping technology as its automated counterparts. It features the proven three-spinning roller sealing head design with servo-driven actuation and load cell force control, ensuring consistent seal quality regardless of vial height variations. The system provides the same level of precision and reliability while offering the flexibility and control that manual operation affords.
