The Compact Integra with Starwheel
The Integra is also available with an automated indexing 8 pocket starwheel in a compact size making it ideal for use in smaller spaces such as in an isolator.
Description
This space-saving design is ideal for environments with limited room, such as isolators, laminar flow hoods, or small cleanrooms. During operation, the starwheel automatically advances vials through the sealing station, while the operator hand-places and removes each assembled vial, ensuring careful handling and inspection. The compact Integra is capable of sealing up to 10 vials per minute, providing efficient throughput in a small footprint. For added convenience and ergonomic operation, an optional foot pedal is available to control the start and stop functions of the machine.
